A data-dashboard is provided to learn from all user activity, to connect to your HR system ánd to grow the program. Our facilitators will help you design a good program, select the appropriate tools and subject matters that will challenge ánd guide participants to 21-ready skills. Ofcourse, our team will also help in the activation of your employees.
Change always happens when three levels align: knowhow, attitude and behavior. Therefore all programs are a blend of group workshops, self-paced courses and inspiration packages. All sessions are supported with nline Q&A, workbook and coaching. Per program you will decide on the frequency of the program, the goals and the balance between a focus on mindsets, skillset or toolset. This unique combination will challenge your perspective on our zeitgeist and train new 21-ready skills and habits.
Research reveals that 70% of the knowledge participants gain from challenging experiences and assignments, 20% from communicating with peers, and 10% from classical presentations. For this reason all our academies are based on forms of blended learning, using both online and in-person learning experiences. All participants largely progress at their own pace. They can use the different course concepts and material as needed. We stimulate a direct application on-the-job to boost effectiveness.
Live sessions can be organized live or online. The goal is to create group cohesion and peer-leanring. Practice what we preach is an important mantra in the sessions.
ONLINE COURSE MODULES
All online courses are self-paced.
In small 7-minute video chunks, users learn and practice new tools. Users can combine courses themselves to create their own learning pathways.
Via Q&A sessions we facilitate participants in their courses. There is plenty of room for all questions. In addition, we regularly provide special themes and facilitate group dialogue on how-to challenges.
Users can join our Learning Community where our team members ánd participants discuss all 21-ready tools & topics together. Personal coaching is an add-on for users who would like personal feedback on their coursework.

Next Practices feel like a 7 minute work-out for the mind. The frequencey and challenge based nature helps particpants to train new habits that are essential to become a 21st-century pro.

WE DESIGN UNIQUE LEARNING EXPERIENCES
We design, develop and deploy innovative learning modules for the 21st-century professional. Clients can pick from an extensive knowledge base of courses, tools, video-material, challenges etc.
Based upon a dialogue with the client team, we also select certain subject matters and assignments that will enable participants to apply lessons learned directly to their job and business. Those subjects can vary from specific technologies, sustainability, energy transition, social shifts etc.
In addition to classes and courses, we will continuously keep inspiring the participants with examples of next-practice business models. These examples of future models will challenge the participant's perspectives and train a more agile mindset.
It is our goal that graduates always are able to see the system, the hidden connections, to discover alternatives, the so-called third ways. This will improve the strategic and innovative capacity of the organization. Hence, before you can make a difference you will need to see the difference.
