In all courses & sessions, we offer specific worksheets. Combined sheets can easily become an essential backbone for your strategy or team process. The worksheets challenge participants to apply the lessons learned to their real-life job environment.
These worksheets can be re-used and shared with your teams. They all are encoded with a QR-Code for a fast-link to some handy facilitator notes on how to use the sheets within your process or team.

Our 21-ready framework consists of two axes: the 3 levels of change and the 7 layers of your organizational design. Together they form the 21 capacities for a 21st-century-ready organization or professional. Each of these capacities beholds a dozen tools that could help you to grow and master this perspective or discipline. Per tool, we provide a course that consists of reading material, a course of short 7-minute videos, and a set of worksheets ready to be used in your personal situation or business. Depending on your needs and wants, you can either follow certain tracks or design your own learning journey.

All online courses are self-paced.
In small 7-minute video chunks, users learn and practice new tools. Users can combine courses themselves to create their own learning pathways.
Via Q&A sessions we facilitate participants in their courses. There is plenty of room for all questions. In addition, we regularly provide special themes and facilitate group dialogue on how-to challenges.
Users can join our Learning Community where our team members ánd participants discuss all 21-ready tools & topics together. Personal coaching is an add-on for users who would like personal feedback on their coursework.
