Becoming a B corp
We applied for the B corp certification early 2022. Meanwhile we updated all our legal documentation to include our purpose and ESG values in the shareholder documentation.
We are nearing the end of our certification process. We installed all the procedures, finalized the evaluation by the B corp team and are now submitting the final documents for the due diligence. Our expectation is to be fully B corp certified since 2024.
The next step is already in preparation. We strive toward becoming Steward owned as well. B corp protects the values we pursue, yet the Steward Ownership model allows us to include all stakeholders in the process.
