All our thematic challenges are designed around a scenario that sheds a specific perspective on the future. All these scenarios are designed around a certain trigger or change dynamic. For example the rise of new social values, a new generation in society or emerging mainstream technology etc.
To fully embody possible upcoming changes, each of our challenges consists of a scenario, change dynamic, key dilemma's introduced by this new shift, questions that demand answers, some actual showcases of next practices, and a summary of the key design principles of this emerging theme.

Yes, we can! These sessions are focussed on achieving an open mindset on possible future disruptions and shifts. The sessions are intense and we achieve to get one or more mindshifts per session; when you see 'it' you can't unsee it anymore. We will explore all scenario's with an open mind, like an anthropologist of the future.
Our unique approach is focussed on seeing the underlying patterns, principles and super-stucture of change. Systems thinking is an effective approach for tackling complex, interdependent challenges that characterize our modern world. Instead of looking at individual aspects of a problem, our approach looks at how different parts of a system interact. This kind of pattern recognition will be a backbone for your future vision, it allows to rapidly see the essence and hidden connections of change.
Seeing the difference is not yet making a difference. That requires a new 21-ready toolset and skillset, and thus also some behavioral change.
